What are Coins

Coins are your Haribux currency which can be converted to money directly into your Main Balance.

Currently you earn Coins by:

  • Completing offers

Coin offers are credited 60 days after a successful offer completion. This period is required for security reasons.
Coins can only be converted to real money credited directly to your Main Balance.

The conversion rate is as follows:
  • 2,500 Coins = $0.8 for each 1000 Coins = $2
  • 5,000 Coins = $1.0 for each 1000 Coins = $5
  • 10,000 Coins = $1.1 for each 1000 Coins = $11
  • 20,000 Coins = $1.2 for each 1000 Coins = $24
  • 30,000 Coins = $1.3 for each 1000 Coins = $39
  • 40,000 Coins = $1.4 for each 1000 Coins = $56
  • 60,000 Coins = $1.5 for each 1000 Coins = $90
  • 80,000 Coins = $1.6 for each 1000 Coins = $128
  • 100,000 Coins = $1.7 for each 1000 Coins = $170
You can convert your Coins as soon as you have enough and after the 60 days period.

Also Coin offers will grant you a referral commission from your direct referrals' offers. You'll get an amount of Coins equal to 20% of the amount each of your direct referrals earns. For example, if your direct referral earns 20,000 Coins you'll get 4,000 Coins. The amount of Coins you can earn from commissions is unlimited.

Rules for Coins commissions:
  • Credited after 60 days just like your own Coin offers.
  • The user must still be your referral after the 60 days.
  • If the offer is canceled the user will get the Coins canceled and your commission will also be canceled.

In the case of any pending offer not credited, you'll need to contact the offer's provider support directly. At the top-right of any offer wall you'll find a link to do so.

What are direct purchases

Direct purchases are all purchases and transfers you make from your main balance.

It's called "direct" because it saves you the hassle from cashing out and purchasing.

The direct purchases may be AutoPay payments, transfers to the other balances, etc.

External purchases do not count towards the total of direct purchases.

What are Points

Points are your Haribux currency which can be used for purchasing some of our services

Currently you earn Points by:

  • Viewing advertisements: Each advertisement = 1 Point
  • Completing Point offers
  • Winning Points in AdPrize
  • Points can be used for:

  • Golden Membership: 30000 Points = 1 year Golden Membership
  • Recycle and/or extend your rented referrals
  • Increase your direct referrals limit: 500 Points = Increase the limit by 1 direct referral

Can I transfer the money out of the Rental balance

No, you cannot.

All balances (except for the main balance) have their own purpose.
The rental balance is used to pay the costs of managing referrals (renting, extending, recycling, AutoPay, etc) and cannot be used for any other purchase nor can it be cashed out.

What's a forum warning

Whenever a user violates section 1 of our terms of service, he/she will get a warning.
Depending on the severity of the message posted, it can last from one day to one year or it can even be a permanent one.
After three warnings the access to the forum is blocked.

Why can't I see older topics/posts

There are two possibilities:

1) You have defined a short period in your personal settings. You can always select a longer one.

2) Previous content in certain sub-forums is usually removed to avoid clutter.


Are there any bonuses or referral commissions

For each $1 you earn from doing Mini Jobs you'll get a 15% bonus as a standard member and a 30% bonus as a golden member. For example, if you earn $25, you'll get a $3.75 bonus as a standard member or a $7.5 bonus as a golden member. The amount you can earn from this bonus is unlimited and will be credited instantly for every $1 you earn.

Mini Jobs will grant you a commission from your direct referrals' work. You'll get an amount equal to 12% of the amount each of your direct referrals earns by completing Mini Jobs. For example, if your direct referral earns $25, you'll get $3. The amount you can earn from commissions is unlimited. Commissions are credited each 24 hours between 19:00 and 19:04 server time.

Can I know more details about the Mini Jobs

The objective of the available Mini Jobs is to solve problems ranging from data collection and product categorization to business lead verification, content generation / modification and academic research.

The concept is as simple as get a Mini Job done and get paid instantly in your main balance. To get access to the available Mini Jobs you only need to use the “Offers” button, select “Mini Jobs” and choose any that seems interesting to you. The amount you will be paid for each task and an estimation of how many tasks are available for each Mini Job will be displayed always left of the Mini Job’s description.

Detailed instructions about what exactly your work will be are available on screen and it may be required to answer some questions in a training mode before you are able to start working for money.

We advise you to follow carefully the instructions because an automatic system is in place to track the accuracy of the participants as they work. A number of false answers higher than a Mini Job’s accuracy threshold may prevent you from completing a Mini Job, so it’s strongly advisable to avoid giving random answers or acting while you haven’t understood completely what you should do.

If you do all the required work for a single task of a Mini Job you will be paid instantly in your main balance, though in rare cases a delay ranging from 15 minutes and up to 2 days may happen. If a Mini Job is still available after you have been paid for it, it means that more work is needed and you are welcome to participate again if you wish.

Mini Jobs will grant you a commission from your direct referrals earnings and will provide you with a productivity bonus for your own work.

All Mini Jobs are presented by CrowdFlower which is a crowdsourcing platform, offering you the chance to make money for participating in simple Mini Jobs. The available Mini Jobs are easy to do assignments and the more you work, the higher your reward will be. It’s strongly advisable to visit the Mini Jobs page frequently as new Mini Jobs become available all the time.

I cannot find any Mini Job to do

Don’t worry. The availability of Mini Jobs depends on multiple factors like the current needs of the offers’ providers and demographical criteria, but this doesn't mean new Mini Jobs won't appear in the near future. You only need to visit the Mini Jobs section frequently to catch one of the new assignments as they come and go.

I finished my work for a Mini Job and I haven't been paid yet. When will I receive my reward

While usually you will be paid instantly, a slight delay may happen between submitting all the required answers and receiving your reward for your work in a Mini Job. That delay may be as small as 15 minutes or as long as two days after the Mini Job is done.

I have a problem, who should I contact

In the case of problems and / or doubts related to any Mini Job, you’ll need to contact CrowdFlower directly. At the top-right inside any Mini Job’s interface you'll find the "listing" button and then the "Help" menu to do so. The first time you contact CrowdFlower’s support you need to create an account which will permit you to contact them anytime in the future when and if it’s needed.

It looks like there are more tasks available for a Mini Job, and my work has been accurate. Why can I not continue

For various reasons, CrowdFlower may have set an upper limit on the amount of responses a single worker can submit for a Mini Job. Very few participants ever reach this limit. If you do reach this limit, then please be aware that it does not reflect poorly on the quality of your contribution, and you are still free to work on any other Mini Jobs.

My answers have been marked as wrong, but they were clearly correct.

CrowdFlower do their best to ensure that each Mini Job comes with the best possible quality control system in place, but things do slip through the cracks sometimes. If you feel that their system has treated you unfairly, then be sure to contest the question on the feedback page.

You may also send them a clear and concise explanation of the problem using the "File a ticket" link by clicking the "listing" button at the top-right inside any Mini Job’s interface and selecting "help".

What happens if I get flagged or banned

CrowdFlower’s system can flag or ban you from a single Mini Job or from all the Mini Jobs if you repeatedly submit a number of wrong answers higher than a Mini Job’s accuracy threshold.

If you consider their decision as unfair, you’ll need to contact CrowdFlower’s support directly.

What is and how do I find my Contributor / Mini Job ID

By clicking the "listing" button at the top-right inside any Mini Job’s interface and selecting "help" you'll find both your Contributor and Mini Job IDs. When you work for a Mini Job, your contribution is completely anonymous and therefore those IDs are required in order to be recognized in the case you need to contact CrowdFlower’s support.

Why am I asked to check back again in the future

This message appears when there are no more tasks available for a Mini Job right now. In this case you can try to do any other of the available Mini Jobs or come back later to check if more work is needed for this specific Mini Job.

Why are you paying us more than GPT sites

Part of our core philosophy is to be fair to our users and give them the highest amount of money we can.

GPT sites have different ways of working because they live at the expense of their users' work and therefore need to charge hefty commissions.


I bought clicks but I didn't receive them

First, don't forget that the clicks will only be available in your account within 24 hours after we get the purchase's confirmation.

You can go to your advertisement's settings page where you should be able to see how many hours (approximately) remain until the clicks are credited.

If you don't see that time and you still don't have the clicks credited, most likely your purchase wasn't confirmed. In this case, please check the purchase's FAQ for more information.

My advertisement isn't displaying

There are a few steps that must be made before an advertisement is actually displayed:

  • Submit the advertisement for review. If accepted, the process continues. Otherwise you'll have to add a new one or edit the current one.
  • Distribute the clicks you bought to that advertisement.
  • Click the green "Start" button to begin the exposure.

Another user with my IP address has already seen the advertisement in the last 24 hours

We only allow advertisements to be credited once using the same IP address in 24 hours.

Dynamic IP addresses are delivered randomly based on a geographical location. This means that the IP you have today may have been someone else's IP yesterday or a few hours ago.

Some other probable causes may be:

  • Submit the advertisement for review. If accepted, the process continues. Otherwise you'll have to add a new one or edit the current one.
  • Distribute the clicks you bought to that advertisement.
  • Click the green "Start" button to begin the exposure.

I get a warning that I must click all advertisements to get credited for my referral's clicks

We have a rule that helps all users with referrals to be active, including you. As you like to see your referrals active, so your referrer does.

According to point 3.7 of our Terms of Service, the clicks you win from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make.
If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 9 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals.
If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have.
The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day.
These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.
The only advertisements that will count are: Extended Exposure, Standard Exposure, and Orange Fixed Advertisements.

This basically means that you need to click by the server's time everyday and not by your own time (unless you live in the same time zone).

What is an extended view

An advertiser chooses between five kinds of exposure: Purple Fixed, Micro, Mini, Standard or Extended.

A purple fixed exposure and micro exposure lasts for 5 seconds, a mini exposure lasts for 15 seconds, a standard exposure lasts for 30 seconds and an extended exposure lasts for 60 seconds.
This time is calculated from when the progress bar starts until it ends and the click gets credited to the user's account.

An extended view advertisement is worth more than a standard view one. You can find values per click in our help page.

What is the click reset time

You can only be credited by the same advertisement once each 24 hours. Imagine your click reset time (shown at your own local time) as your midnight.

This means that after that time, another period of 24 hours will count so that you can be credited by viewing the advertisements.

This reset time is set randomly for each user upon registration and cannot be modified under any circumstances.

Why do I see few advertisements

Some advertisements are displayed worldwide while some are filtered demographically.

A demographic filter is a tool for an advertiser to choose which countries are allowed to view the exposed advertisement. This is an optional tool.

So, you'll see all worldwide advertisements (unfiltered) and the advertisements for your country (demographically filtered).

We guarantee a daily minimum of 4 advertisements to Standard members and a daily minimum of 9 advertisements for Golden members. Golden members with a Golden Pack can reach a minimum of 15 daily advertisements.


Does Haribux have any other website

No, Haribux has no other website nor is affiliated to any other website being it directly or indirectly.

When did Haribux start

Haribux was first introduced on March 25th 2008 in a pre-registration phase. The official opening was shortly a month after, on April 30th.


Can I cashout to an unverified PayPal / Payza / Skrill / NETELLER account

Yes, you can cashout to an unverified PayPal, Payza, Skrill, or NETELLER account but it's your responsibility to check in advance if that account can receive payments.

Remember that for purchases, PayPal and Payza accounts need to be verified.

I've cashed out and haven't received it

Whether you've cashed out to Payza or PayPal, these causes are similar between both:

  • Accept the payment: Sometimes users have to accept payments before they actually get them credited to their accounts.
    Just follow the instructions on the email you received from your payment processor or the instructions in your account's movements.

  • Verify the email address: Even though you have to confirm your email address when cashing out, there are times that a "whatever" button would work better than a "yes" one. If you have cashed out to the wrong email address, we have two options. First, if that email address is really yours, you can add it to your payment processor's main account and you'll receive the associated payment. The second option is for you to contact us using a support ticket so that we can try to cancel the transfer but it's not always possible.

  • Contact us: If none of the above works, please contact us. Problems may occur during the transfer and we'll try our best to make it right.

What is the minimum value to cashout

The minimum amount paid is $2.00 on the first cashout.

This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00.

After that, the minimum amount will always be $10.00

I don't see the PayPal purchase button any more

Users have a limit on PayPal purchases. This limit is variable and is composed by value and quantity of purchases in a 24 hours period.

If you don't see a PayPal button anymore, you'll be able to see it again in a maximum of 24 hours after your last purchase.

I've made a purchase but my account wasn't credited

Don't worry.
Sometimes it may happen that we don't receive payment confirmations from the payment processors or they can delay their delivery. Either way, you can always contact us using a support ticket and we'll take a look into it.


How do I enable / disable AutoPay

After you've logged in, click on your username on the top right to go to your account.
Now, on the left menu, click on "Rented" under "Referrals". This will take you to your rented referral's list.

All you have to do now is click on "Enabled" or "Disabled" option next to AutoPay (shown on the top of the listing) to toggle its status.

What is AutoPay

If you have AutoPay enabled, on the first click a referral makes per day, you'll pay to keep that referral for an extra day.
If the referral does not click, you won't pay for another day.

So, imagine you rented 500 referrals by spending $100 for a month's rent.
Instead of paying $100 again at the next due date (yes, it hurts), you can pay for them daily.
In the end, you'll save $15 and you'll never run out of referrals (*).
Also, you don't have to worry about the due date (*).
While it's easier to pay this way, it's also cheaper for you because you save 15% of a whole month's rent.

Basically, you'll pay one day in advance to your referral's due date.

The value for each referral/day will be deducted from your rental balance.
If your rental balance has insufficient funds, it will deduct from your main balance.
If both balances have insufficient funds, it won't be triggered and will only work again when one of the balances has enough funds.

(*) Please keep in mind that while you may have AutoPay activated, it's only triggered for referrals that have 20 or more days left until the next payment. This value is smaller for some Golden Packs.

How do I receive commissions from my direct referrals' purchases

You'll receive a 1% commission from your direct referrals' purchases based on these simple rules:

  • The purchase has to be made using any of our payment processors.
  • The purchase has to be made in an amount of $10 or higher.
  • It will be available for purchases of any kind of service except for advertisement services.
  • The commission will be credited to your main balance 90 days after the purchase.
  • A commission will be canceled if the respective purchase is reversed for any reason and restored if the reversed purchase is also restored.
  • A commission won't be credited after the 90 days if the user that made the purchase is not your referral anymore or has his/her account suspended.
  • A commission won't be processed if the purchased service is under a promotional period or with a temporary discount.

As soon as you have one or more pending commissions you'll see their total in your account's summary statistics. Click on the button to the right and you'll see a detailed listing of those commissions.

How is the limit of direct referrals calculated

First of all, you can only have direct referrals after you meet these conditions:

  • Been a member for at least 15 days
  • Have made at least 100 clicks

After these conditions are met, the direct referral you can have will be based first on the following limit:

  • Standard: 30
  • Pioneer: 60
  • Golden: 200
  • Golden+Pioneer: 250
  • Golden/Emerald: 300
  • Golden/Sapphire: 300
  • Golden/Platinum: 400
  • Golden/Diamond: 400
  • Golden/Ultimate: Unlimited

Depending on how many days you've been registered, all those days, minus the first 30, will count towards a limit increase.
This means that the older member you are, the more referrals you may have.
The amount will be based on your current membership/pack and the days you're registered (minus 30). This amount will vary and is explained below:

  • Standard/Pioneer = Days-30 divided by 4
  • Golden (without a pack) = Days-30 divided by 2
  • Golden (with a pack) = Days-30

For example, if you have been registered for 330 days (which minus 30 gives 300 days):

  • Standard= 30 + (300/4) = 105
  • Golden = 200 + (300/2) = 350

If a user registers with your username he/she won't be your referral if you haven't met the 15 days/100 clicks condition or have reached the limit of allowed direct referrals.
You can always remove all direct referrals you don't want to make room for new ones.

One or more direct referrals has disappeared.?

Whenever a user has his/her account permanently suspended and that user is someone's direct referral, it is removed from the referrer.

This is done to avoid clutter as a permanently suspended account cannot be restored.

How do I recycle referrals

To recycle a single referral, the easiest method is to click the green icon (the two arrows) at the end of the referral's row in the referral listing. Click it and then just confirm that you really want to.

Using this method, you can pay with your rental balance or get the amount deducted from your main balance if your rental balance hasn't enough funds.

To recycle a group of referrals, just tick every checkbox at the end of each referral's row.

Then, scroll to the end of the listing and you'll see an option asking you what you want to do with the referrals you selected.

You may want to do many things to or with them but we only give you the options listed there.

Just select that you want to recycle them and confirm.

What does recycle do

Recycling is a term we use to exchange a rented referral.

There are times when certain referrals don't live up to your expectations. I

n this case, you can recycle them for only $0.07 each (less in certain Golden Packs). We also provide automatic (and free) replacements for referrals who don't click for 14 days straight (less in certain Golden Packs).

Keep in mind that 14 days without clicking makes a referral costly (since you've paid him/her for a month) and recycling him/her is more profitable.

For how long do I rent referrals

You always rent referrals for 30 days.

You can always extend them for periods in 15 days blocks or daily using AutoPay.

How to rent referrals

First, go to your account summary by clicking on your username.

If you don't have available funds in your rental balance, click the "Rental Balance" link in your account summary page and you'll find options on how to add funds to it.
If you need to know how much you'll need, just follow the next step.

On the top of your click charts, you'll see a "Referrals" button.
Click on it.

You'll be presented with the available packs to rent.
Just hover your mouse cursor over the available packs to know its value.
The packs shown in gray are available but there's not enough money in your rental balance to rent them.

Pick a blue pack and confirm. The referrals will then be added to your account.

Note: Golden members need to specify two hours in their personal settings for rental.

Why is it hard to rent

Golden members have much more demand in renting referrals compared to Standard members because almost all of them can afford to rent.

As the demand rises, the distributed referrals for a particular time are easily sold out.

Golden members can rent referrals by setting two times of the day for renting depending on their most convenient time. You can find that option in your personal settings. After you change the time, you can only change it again after 7 days.

Remember to be quick because many other members will be there at the same time as you trying to rent.

If you're having trouble renting, you can always use the rental queue which, while being a bit more expensive, will guarantee you the referrals.

What is AutoRenew

AutoRenew is the automatic renewal process of your rented referrals. Contrary to AutoPay which will work only when a referral makes his/her first click for a day and will extend for one day the referral's deadline, AutoRenew works every day (*) and prolongs your referral's deadline based on your chosen renewal period and time before expiration.

You can enable AutoRenew in your rented referrals listing page the same way you do with AutoPay.

Before enabling it the two following options will be given:

  • Period: This will be the exact period for which the referral's rental will be extended. You can choose any of the usual manual renewal periods (15, 30, 60, 90, 150, and 240 days) to receive the benefit from the related discounts for each period (except for the 15 days one).

  • Before: The time before the expiration when the automated renewal will be triggered. You can choose any of the available number of days and your referrals will be extended if the rental deadline is the same or below the chosen number of days.

(*) AutoRenew will only be attempted for each referral once per day. If you have no funds in your rental and / or main balance or some unexpected error occurs, the referral(s) that weren't renewed will be only checked again approximately 24 hours after. We advise you to choose a higher number of days between the first renewal check and the referrals' deadline, so that you'll have the most chances of getting all referrals automatically renewed. It's your responsibility to have enough funds for the renewals and always check if any referral has failed to be renewed automatically.

I'm not getting credited for my referrals clicks

This may happen for various reasons.

The typical reason is when you don't follow the rules defined in point 3.7 of our terms of service.
Sometimes you click daily but you forget that it has to be daily at the server's time (as defined)..
Being so, you won't get credited by your referral's clicks tomorrow if you don't click today..
You can always check in your chart of clicks made at server's time to see if you did or didn't click the day before..

Other reasons may be invalid clicks.
Whenever a referral makes one invalid click (using autoclickers, not having scripts enabled, etc), that click won't be credited back to you.

I've lost referrals

Referrals may disappear from your account based on their type (direct or rented) and based on some other factors.

If a direct referral disappears, it can only mean that the referral's account was permanently suspended. As it would be redundant to have an inactive referral, he/she is removed from your account.

If a rented referral disappears, it can only mean that the rental expired.
Rented referrals have a due date that must be met so that they continue to be yours.
Even using AutoPay, you need to be aware that if their due date falls behind the 20 days (or less in certain Golden Packs), AutoPay won't be triggered for those referrals thus not adding another day.
In any case, you need to extend their rental before it ends.

When are the referral clicks credited to my account

It depends.
If the referral is a direct one, they're credited instantly.
If the referral is a rented one, it can take from 3 to 15 minutes depending on the current server load.

It is like this because the resources needed to credit each click individually are much higher than doing it all at once. On average it takes less than 5 minutes for users to make all their clicks.

Although it would be the best to do so with all referral types, we know that some users like to see their friends click and see their accounts update in realtime.

Where is my referral link

To get your referral link, follow these steps:

  • Go to your account by clicking your username.
  • Click on "Banners" on the left menu.
  • Right click the link you need and copy it.

You can choose any of the banners in that page.

How do I recycle / extend multiple referrals

To recycle or extend multiple referrals, you first need to select them.
To do so, just tick the checkbox at the very end of each referral's row.

You can select all referrals in the page at once by ticking the checkbox on the top right of the listings header.
If you have the color filter activated, you can click the dots at the left of the global checkbox to select / deselect all referrals for that color group.

Once you select the referrals you want, just scroll down to the listing's footer and you'll see an option where you can select to recycle or extend all selected referrals.

If you extend them for 30, 60, 90, 150 or 240 days, you'll get a discount as displayed.

Then, all you need to do is click on "Click here to confirm" and the action will be processed.

I see direct referrals with their username in red

Whenever a direct referral has his/her account suspended, the username will be displayed in red.

The system automatically and periodically cleans out direct referrals whose accounts have been permanently suspended.

Some will remain there for a longer period as their account may only be temporarily suspended and they may return. This way you won't lose them.

I see referrals with their next payment date in red

When 10 or less days are left until the rented referral's next payment date, that date will be displayed in red.

This is just a visual warning to remind you that their rental is due in a few days.

What are the flags for

The 8 colored flags let you mark your referrals.

This is extremely useful when dealing with many referrals. This way you can define a color for each type of referral according to your own personal preference.

For example, when you browse your referral's listing, you'll find some referrals which, according to your standards, are good, bad or average.
Imagine you find 5 bad referrals on each page of the listing. You can mark them with the red flag, for example.
Later, you can select to filter the listing only by that red flag by using the Visualization Filter above the listing and it will only show you the referrals you marked with the red flag.
This way you'll be able to decide whether to recycle them and focus only on that particular group instead of all referrals.

To change the colors of the flags, you have two options:

Individually: Just click the flag on the referral you want and select a new color.

Group: Mark the checkbox of each referral you want to change the flag color and, at the bottom of the listing, select the option to change the color of the flag for the selected referrals. Then, select the color of the flag you want.

What is the lock for

The lock, when activated, prevents the referral from being automatically recycled for inactivity.

This is useful, for example, when you have a good referral and don't want to lose him/her because he/she went on holidays.

What's that slider with two points and with red, yellow and green colors

That slider is a tool to help you visually organize your referrals according to their clicking average.

Once you set and activate that, your referral's listing will have colored rows, each with the appropriate color based on the average threshold you defined.

The best way to manage the threshold is to let red be the ones with bad average, the yellow a regular average and the green a good average.

You'll see two dots in the slider and a value on top of each one.
This value will define the average threshold that will define the colors.

Every referral with an average below the first dot's value will be marked as red.
Every referral with an average above the second dot's value will be marked as green.
Everything in between the two dot's values (including) will be marked as yellow.

You can apply the changes in real time.
Don't forget to save the settings after you've reached your optimum configuration.

In addition to this, when you have the color filter activated, you can select referrals based on their color group. To do so, just click on the colored dot on the top right of the listing's header. Clicking it again will deselect all referrals in that group.
